Our Leadership
Dr. Joseph Webb is a nationally respected healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing population health, health equity, and healthcare system transformation. His career has been defined by bringing together leadership, research, and community engagement to improve health outcomes at scale.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Webb has worked at the intersection of healthcare leadership, community engagement, and system design. He is widely known for his decade of service as Chief Executive Officer of Nashville General Hospital, where he led initiatives to strengthen care delivery, expand access, and advance population health strategies rooted in community partnership. Today, his work focuses on helping healthcare leaders translate strategy into action and build systems that address the structural and social drivers of health outcomes.
